Miho Higashide is the Senior Administrative Manager/Senior Executive Assistant of General Affairs in the Corporate Strategy Division.
Joe Ishida
Vice President
Joe Ishida is the Vice President of the New York Business Planning in the Power Division. He is responsible for the Division’s strategy, budget management, and business support. He joined Daigas Group in 2010 and was assigned to Osaka Gas USA (OGUSA) in 2017 on the Commercial Operations and Renewables and Grid Solutions team. He was transferred back to OGUSA in 2025 and brings a wealth of experience to the company with over 14 years in the energy sector, including business development and portfolio optimization of gas-fired, renewable, and other power generations.
Masushi Okuda
Senior Vice President
Masushi Okuda is the Senior Vice President of the Corporate Strategy Division.
He is responsible for managing Planning, General Affairs, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, IT, Commodity Services and Legal. Since joining the Daigas Group in 1995, he has built his career primarily in international business and finance, with experience in both the U.S. and Australia, and this marks his second assignment in the U.S. He has been engaged in a wide range of financial and strategic initiatives, including corporate treasury and cash management across the group, insurance programs, project financing for overseas investments, and cross-border M&A, and has more recently been involved in new business development in decarbonization and low-carbon sectors.
Quincy Cameron Hilliard
Vice President
Quincy Hilliard is the Vice President of Commodity Services in the Corporate Strategy Division.
He is responsible for corporate level risk management, risk reporting, and risk modeling for all energy markets. Quincy joined Osaka Gas USA Corporation in 2019 and has more than 16 years of experience in Energy Risk Management. In his previous position, he lead ETRM development and formation of the Risk Management Framework at Osaka Gas USA.
Shingo Morii
Deputy Senior Vice President
Shingo Morii is the Deputy Senior Vice President of the Power Division in New York. He is responsible for the Division’s strategy, budget management, and business support. He joined Daigas Group in 2003 and was transferred to OGUSA in 2024. He has over 23 years of experience in the energy sector, including LNG trading and shipping, global infrastructure investments, and asset management.
Miho Higashide
Senior Administrative Manager/Senior Executive Assistant
Miho Higashide is the Senior Administrative Manager/Senior Executive Assistant of General Affairs in the Corporate Strategy Division.
She is responsible for corporate administration, the president’s support, and “”Core Value ACT”” program for new hires to foster unique corporate culture. Moreover, she coordinates internal events to strengthen employees’ relationships and volunteer opportunities so that OGUSA contributes to the community.
She joined Osaka Gas USA Corporation in 2019. Prior to OGUSA, she worked for Toshiba America LNG Corporation as Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
